About the Role
As Senior AI Video Artist, you will lead the core visual generation and direction across commercial campaigns. You are responsible for transforming creative concepts and storyboards into photorealistic, cinematic video sequences with strict control over lighting, camera pacing, and multi-shot asset continuity.
Tool Stack & Technologies
Hands-on daily production with leading generative video frameworks including Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, and GPT 2.0 Imagine.
Responsibilities
- Direct and generate high-fidelity commercial scenes based on agency treatments and moodboards.
- Operate and benchmark advanced video generation tools (Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, GPT 2.0 Imagine).
- Maintain character, product, wardrobe, and atmospheric consistency across multi-scene edits.
- Structure asset layers, multi-pass renders, and clean exports for finishing and color grading handoff.
Your Profile
- 3+ years experience in video editing, 3D/VFX, or advanced AI video synthesis.
- Deep mastery of prompt syntax, latent conditioning, and generative video software (Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, GPT 2.0 Imagine).
- Strong foundational understanding of film cinematography: focal lengths, lighting setups, shutter speed, and pacing.
- A compelling showreel or portfolio demonstrating photorealism and cinematic visual taste.

VFX Compositor & Colorist
About the Role
You are responsible for the final polish and broadcast quality of our commercials. You take generated scene renders and elevate them into seamless, high-end commercial masters through cleanplate reconstruction, object tracking, neural inpainting, and filmic ACES color grading in DaVinci Resolve Studio.
Responsibilities
- Execute cleanplate compositing, artifact removal, optical flow fixes, and motion stabilization.
- Perform primary and secondary color grading in DaVinci Resolve Studio using ACEScct / color-managed workflows.
- Integrate 3D product renders, graphic overlays, subtitles, and screen replacements.
- Master and quality-check deliverable packages for social, digital, and broadcast standards.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in commercial post-production or visual effects finishing.
- Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio (Color & Fusion) or After Effects / Nuke.
- Meticulous eye for lighting continuity, grain matching, edge blending, and color science.
- Experience integrating modern neural upscalers and restoration tools into standard VFX pipelines.

- Provide creative direction to video artists, VFX compositors, and sound designers from kickoff to final cut.
- Continuously elevate the studio's aesthetic benchmark, ensuring every delivery meets world-class standards.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as Creative Director, Senior Art Director, or Commercial Film Director at a reputable agency or production company.
- Demonstrated portfolio of award-winning or high-impact commercial campaigns.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling combined with strong enthusiasm for generative production workflows.
- Fluent in German and English with exceptional presentation and leadership skills.

- 3+ years experience in B2B Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Leadership at an advertising agency, media house, or creative production company.
- Existing network within brand marketing teams across the DACH region.
- Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German (native/C2) and professional English.
