Services
Nine services, two of them the main ones: commercial and brand film. Four formats come out of those two, three stand on their own and serve explaining and training. One way of working for all of them: we write the concept, build the look, produce every shot on its own and bring them together in the edit. Where a shoot gives the better picture, we say so before the offer and combine both in a hybrid production.
The two main services
Everything starts with one question: is a product being sold or a company being introduced. Length, tone and budget follow from that.
Four formats that come out of them
These four are not separate productions but the two main services cut for a particular place and a particular goal. Three belong to the commercial, one to the brand film.
Three formats for explaining and training
Here the job is not to advertise but to make something understood. These three stand on their own and belong to neither main service.
The nine services at a glance
Anyone seeing these terms side by side for the first time is usually looking for length and place of use. Both are in one table, before you read into a single page.
| Service | Goal | Usual length | Where it runs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commercial | sell a product or an offer | 6 to 30 seconds | online advertising, YouTube, TV on request |
| Brand film | introduce the company, build trust | 60 seconds to 3 minutes | website, trade fair, sales, presentation |
| Product video | show a product as it really is | 10 to 30 seconds | online shop, product detail page, marketplace |
| Social ads | stand out in the feed and test variants | 6 to 30 seconds | Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts |
| UGC video | advertise without looking like advertising | 15 to 30 seconds | ads on Instagram and TikTok |
| Recruiting video | win people for open roles | 45 to 90 seconds | careers page, job ad, LinkedIn |
| Explainer video | make something complicated understandable | 60 to 120 seconds | home page, ad, sales conversation |
| Avatar video | say the same message in many languages | 30 seconds to 3 minutes | training portal, website, internal channels |
| Training video | explain once instead of every time | 2 to 4 minutes per topic | onboarding, intranet, learning platform |
Two routes to any of these films
Which service you pick says nothing yet about how the film is made. There are two routes. Which one fits is settled in the first call by the question of what has to be real on screen, not by the budget.
Which service fits your goal?
The formats overlap, the goals do not. Describe your goal in the first call rather than the format. The proposal is our job.
- Sell a product: commercial for the campaign, product video for the product itself.
- Stand out in the feed and test: social ads, in the form of a real user clip as UGC video.
- Become recognisable as a company: brand film.
- Make something complicated understandable: explainer video outwards, training video inwards.
- Say the same thing again and again, in several languages: avatar video.
- Win people: recruiting video, with real footage from your own place.
How a production runs
Every project runs in nine steps from the first call to delivery. At four of them you decide, before time and budget go into the next one: concept, styleframes, motion tests and rough cut. AI produces the images, people choose and finish them. Every film ships with a note on how to label it under the AI Act.
