Damir's focus is the AI workflow: which model suits which shot, in what order the steps run, and how one usable result emerges from a hundred generations. That decision is the difference between a tool and a production, and it cannot be automated.
The commercial side comes with it. Every offer, every fixed price and every schedule crosses his desk. So when you ask what something costs and why, the answer comes from the person who is accountable for it.
When you speak to him
- First call: thirty minutes to settle whether your idea makes sense with AI at all. If it does not, he says so there.
- The offer: a fixed price for the agreed scope, with the items listed separately.
- Approval points: at concept and styleframes, where decisions move money.
What he works with

He does. Every offer and fixed price crosses his desk, so when you ask why something costs what it costs, the answer comes from the person accountable for it.
How quickly do we get an offer?
Usually within two working days of the first call, a little later for larger projects with several formats. We name the date in the call.
